We all know how hot it can get during summer in the Capital Region. Fortunately, there are several community pools in Clifton Park where you and your family can cool off during the warmer months.

2024 Dates & Hours of Operation

There are three municipal pools in Clifton Park that are available for recreational use, athletic events, and more:

Barney Road Pool

The Barney Road Pool will open for the season on Sunday, May 26, at noon. Pool hours are 12:00pm - 8:00pm daily.

Locust Lane Pool

The Locust Lane Pool will open for the season on Wednesday, June 25, at noon. Pool hours are 12:00pm - 8:00pm daily.

Location: 5 Locust Lane, Clifton Park, NY 12065

Country Knolls Pool

The Country Knolls Pool will open for the season Sunday May 26. Regular hours are: Open daily from 12:00pm - 8:00pm.

2024 Clifton Park Pool Membership Info

A membership is required to swim at Clifton Park's pools and includes unlimited visits to all three facilities, all season long. 

Members may bring guests to any of the pools. Each membership allows you to bring unlimited guests (regardless of residency) on seven occasions this year. Guests are also no longer considered "out of town" or "local."

The guest fee remains a low cost of $5 per person, with kids ages 3 and younger free.

Membership applications can be submitted online, by mail, or in person at the Clifton Park Town Hall's Office of Parks, Recreation and Community Affairs.

Pricing:

  • Individual: $140
  • Couple: $215
  • Family: $285
  • Babysitter: $50
  • Extended Family: $50

Important Membership Notes:

  1. Children 3 and under are free when a parent is a member.
  2. An “Individual” membership is only for persons ages 14 and up.
  3. A “Couple” membership can be any two related individuals over the age of 3 living permanently in the same household.
  4. A “Family” membership includes all members of an immediate family (parents, children, stepparents, stepchildren, or legal guardians of children, residing in the same household on a full-time basis). Other extended family members, such as grandparents, aunts and uncles who also live in the household on a full-time basis, may be added to the family membership at a seasonal cost of $50 per individual.
  5. There will be a $50 additional cost to add one babysitter to your membership.
