The film Legally Blonde was made famous with a memorable performance by Reese Witherspoon. The musical version follows the same transformation of her character Elle Woods, a college student with a seemingly perfect life: president of her sorority, a travel-size dog, a perfectly pink wardrobe, and an adoring boyfriend. After being unceremoniously dumped, she embarks on a cross country adventure to attend Harvard Law School and win him back. Along the way, she discovers her powerful legal skills, finds new friends and a new love—all set to an upbeat score and captivating choreography. This show is great for people of all ages! Ticket prices are $15 and are available for purchase at the door or online. In addition to the performers on stage, Shenendehowa students comprise the pit orchestra, playing live music throughout the show. Stage crew, lights, props, sound, costumes, hair, and makeup are also run by students.
