Mediterranean Eatery "Pita & Olive" holds it's Grand Opening in Clifton Park
A new restaurant is opened in Clifton Park, located in the Clifton Park Center Mall. Pita & Olive held its grand opening on September 24th, offering traditional Mediterranean food.
Co-owner Sal Niazi said, "We've been working on the interior design for some time now to offer a more elevated experience for the community, and it's finally come to fruition."
Open Monday through Friday from 11 am to 10 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 11 pm, and Sunday from 10 am to 9 pm, and there are plenty of exciting options.
Dive into the baba ghannouj, falafel, kabobs pitas, and more. The fan-favorite baked Kofta pita features a baked-to-perfection hand-stretched pita filled with ground beef, topped with pine nuts, a hint of sumac, and a spicy garlic yogurt sauce.
