Job Title: Photographer & Multimedia Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Photographer and Multimedia Specialist to join our dynamic real estate team. This role involves capturing high-quality photographs and videos of our real estate listings, including aerial drone footage. This role will also be responsible for printing high-quality real estate signs that align with company branding and are in accordance with New York State law. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design and will be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. In this role, the candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and success. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential in achieving shared goals and delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
? Photography & Videography
? Capture high-quality images of residential and commercial properties, both interior and exterior
? Incorporate drone photography and videography, if applicable, for aerial property shots
? Edit photos to enhance lighting, color balance, and image composition using photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
? Ensure timely delivery of photos, adhering to deadlines
? Sign Design & Production
? Design and create custom real estate signs using various software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
? Produce custom sign layouts for different property types, including residential, commercial, and land listings
? Operate production equipment, such as large-format printers (Roland TrueVIS VG3-540), plotters (Canon TX-3000), and transfer application rollers
? Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure signs align with company branding and industry standards
? Perform routine maintenance on printing machines to prevent delays and malfunctions
? Prepare and maintain printing materials, such as vinyl, banners, corrugated plastic, and metal

? Project Management
? Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all materials
? Collaborate with team members to understand specific project requirements
Qualifications:
? Experience in photography and videography, real estate preferred
? FAA Certified commercial drone license, employer will provide materials needed to obtain the license
? Knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut)
? Ability to operate sign production equipment, such as large-format printers and plotters
? Strong communication skills to coordinate with real estate agents and rest of the marketing team
? Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
? Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
? Basic troubleshooting skills for printing machinery and other office technologies
