Betty Moyer | May 2011
Clifton Park, New York - 50 top chefs of the finest restaurants, from the Adirondacks to the Hudson Valley, will join with Chloe Creek Vineyards to create, Chloe Creek Pinot Pairings, a cookbook for charity.
Chloe Creek Pinot Pairings is collaboration between Chloe Creek Vineyards and 50 of the most talented chefs from upstate New York's finest restaurants.
Chefs have created entrée dishes that compliment Chloe Creek's award-winning Pinot Noir. The hardcover cookbook will be available by late fall 2011, with special events leading up to and coinciding with the book's release.
All profits from book sales going to the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center, the Capital Region's only provider of care to children and adolescents with cancer and a wide variety of blood disorders.
Want to get involved? There are approximately 10 spots open for restaurants that would like to have their recipes included in the cookbook. Interested restaurants or chefs should contact Bill Comiskey at for an interview.
